Suddenly this mobile no. Stopped by vi without any information to us.
We tried many calls to customer care center but no one picking call and proper answer from vi.
My father went to store today. Vi team asked original document and without any information given postpaid connection from Sangam branch vadodara. …
My question is to vi,
Why are you cheating and frauding to customer for making customers???
I don’t want postpaid connection. My father using only normal key pad mobile only for incoming/outgoing calls.
My father vi number is not working now. So we can’t cancel postpaid connection process.
Pls. Do the needful at the earliest, otherwise
